BIC is honorly awarded the Vietnam strong brand award

13th Golden Dragon Enterprise and 10th Vietnam Strong Brand Festival organized by Vietnam Economic Times and Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) took place at Hanoi Opera House and was live broadcasted on VTV1, Vietnam Television at 9 AM on March 15th 2014. There are 78 foreign invested enterprises and 100 Vietnam strong brands honored at the festival. They are all enterprises which maintained strong development in recent years regardless of economic difficulties, and made great efforts in protecting the environment, applying green technology and providing not only high quality but also friendly-environment products.
BIC is awarded the Strong Brand due to following criteria: product quality, most favored service, creative business style, sustainable growth, remarkable contribution to the economy and better position in international and national insurance markets, etc. After 8 foundation and development years, BIC is now one of top 10 non-life enterprises in term of market share and maintains higher growth rate compared to market average. BIC, recognized as the first player expanding its operation in Indochina area, is also the pioneer in developing new and modern retail distribution channels. Overcoming economic difficulties in 2013, BIC still fulfilled the business plan, stayed the market leading company in term of earning ratio and proved as a prestigious and most favored one.
Vietnam Strong Brand is an annual award held by Vietnam Economic Times and Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) since 2004 to Vietnam enterprises having excellent achievements in business activities, sustainable brand development, contributing to the national competitiveness in global market. It’s the 4th time that BIC is awarded this noble award.
