In order to meet the growing demand for modern and high‑quality medical and healthcare services, BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) has officially launched its premium health insurance product - BIC EliteCare.
BIC EliteCare is designed with outstanding benefits compared to most health insurance products currently on the market. The sum insured reaches VND 2 billion. Its flexible geographical coverage (Vietnam, Southeast Asia, Asia, or Worldwide) is divided into three corresponding programs, allowing customers to easily choose according to their needs. BIC EliteCare covers up to VND 20 million per day for inpatient treatment and up to VND 15 million per outpatient visit due to illness or accident.
The product also offers special benefits for mothers and babies. Its maternity coverage provides up to VND 200 million, with a waiting period of only 270 days. The product also offers comprehensive protection for babies from 15 days old. BIC EliteCare does not apply age‑based premium increases and does not require parents to purchase coverage together with their children.
Notably, BIC EliteCare does not apply co‑payment or deductibles under any circumstances. Customers are reimbursed 100% of eligible benefits within the coverage scope and do not have to pay any portion of the medical expenses, unlike some other high‑end health insurance plans on the market.
In addition, BIC EliteCare customers can enjoy cashless hospital admission and medical services at more than 200 reputable and high‑quality hospitals/clinics partnered with BIC nationwide. If customers do not use the cashless service, they can submit claims and receive reimbursement online via the MyBIC app or the website mybic.vn.
